Mike Pappas, CEO of The Keyes Company, provided much-needed thought leadership for the brokerage industry through a tumultuous 2024. In addition to leading 50 branches and more than 3,300 associates and affiliates, he led the expansion of the company with the addition of Fort Pierce-based McCurdy & Co., plus added a high-performing team of more than 300 real estate agents previously affiliated with Coral Shores Realty in June 2024.
