Co-CEOs and Co-Founders Mike Golden and Thad Wong led the expansion of the @properties network in 2023. The company signed several new franchises in the United States and added numerous international affiliates. @properties is the parent company of @properties and Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate networks.

The company also introduced new features to ensure its proprietary technology suite, pl@tform™, would better serve buyers and sellers. In addition, Golden and Wong were featured in the media and at major conferences.

Both stressed the importance of building relationships. “For me, the relationships I’ve built over the years continue to be the most rewarding part of my career,” says Wong. “Having an impact through innovation—particularly technological innovation—is also rewarding.”

Golden says, “By far, the most rewarding part of my career are the relationships I have made over the years and the ability to impact people’s lives by helping them create a business and grow their careers at @properties. It continues to be incredibly gratifying to help people achieve their goals, create financial success, and enjoy their work life.”
