Monica Neubauer

Monica Neubauer is an award-winning REALTOR® at Benchmark Realty in Franklin, Tenn., a national speaker and the host for the National Association of REALTORS’® (NAR) Center for REALTOR® Development Podcast.

The monthly podcast, as well as what Neubauer does as an industry speaker, provides practical tools that help agents develop confidence in their work and quality in their advice. She also encourages agents to live well. Her teachings on life management and business building help agents find harmony with family and community by setting boundaries in their lives. She also teaches them about systems and structures that the technologically adept agent needs to have.

In 2019, Neubauer and her expert guests on the podcast covered a variety of topics, including using video to enhance business, working with first-time homebuyers, creating the customer experience, cultivating financial wellness, multi-platform marketing, handling divorce situations in real estate sales, working successfully with home inspectors, best practices for historic homes and the benefits of several NAR programs.

Neubauer is passionate about learning about people and places as they relate to the real estate business. She’s a member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, where she was given the REALTOR® of the Year Award for 2015. She also received the NAR Senior Real Estate Specialist Outstanding Service Award in 2014.  She has served on various committees and earned several real estate designations. A native of Franklin, Neubauer loves the community she serves and enjoys introducing new folks to the area.
