Morgan King

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

After 10 years of working in marketing for billion-dollar beauty brands, Morgan King was unfulfilled, missed creating personal connections with others and ultimately decided to join real estate. Today, King is a REALTOR® in the La Jolla office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, making both connections and headlines.

King’s primary focus is on educating her clients and community on the real estate market so they can make better informed decisions. She makes it a point to stay active with social media posts and a growing digital following, posting weekly YouTube videos, blogging and delivering monthly digital newsletters to hundreds of subscribers. Her efforts have paid off, with King recently being recognized as one of the 2019 Top 100 in Production for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of San Diego.

King is particularly proud of being named a 2019 top woman in real estate by San Diego Woman magazine.

“Beyond just the accolade, the magazine focuses on writing real stories in order to inspire its audience,” says King. “Supporting others to achieve the greatest version of themselves in life is one of my other passions beyond real estate, so it was truly an honor to be a part of this project.”

King also runs a female entrepreneur networking group in San Diego called Dames Collective. She’s an active board member and volunteer for Alexander Hamilton Scholars, which helps low-income students, the secretary of the board for Camp Brigadoon, a seasonal campground, and a member of the Pacific Beach Woman’s Club.
