Nancy Batchelor

Nancy Batchelor is the founder and principal of The Nancy Batchelor Team at Compass, a top-ranking team in Miami and South Florida, whose foundation is built on kindness, connection and hard work. She has more than two decades of experience working with high-profile buyers, sellers and investors in luxury homes and condominiums, and has created a unique niche selling South Florida’s historic homes. With $228.6 million in year-over-year sales in 2024, Batchelor has succeeded in serving as an advisor, lifetime resource and friend for her clients in all different stages of life.
