Nancy Klock Corey, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Southeast Florida region, oversees operations for 15 branch and satellite offices, supporting 1,600 affiliated agents. Furthermore, she continues to help lead the company’s award-winning Miami Beach office.
In 2019, two major players in Florida’s luxury residential real estate industry, The Jills and The Zeder Team, combined to form The Jills Zeder Group. Corey brought together these two powerhouses, who had previously closed a combined total of more than $5 billion in sales, under Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Corey has nearly 40 years of experience. She started at an office owned by her parents, and when the company joined Coldwell Banker, she launched the Property Management & Home Rental division, holding the position for 10 years while overseeing the brokerage’s acquisitions statewide. She moved into branch management and later joined the Miami Beach office in 2010.
Corey, a highly regarded speaker, was recently named one of the South Florida Business Journal’s Influential Business Women and a 2019 Power Leader.
“Real estate fuels the entire economy in our country. From vendors who support the sale through to the people who are employed after a sale for renovation, decoration, furnishing and landscaping, our work engages so many people starting with the first contact,” says Corey. “I am proud of our real estate professionals and all they contribute to those around them, from their clients to each other and all others affected in a meaningful way by what we do every day.”
