Nicole Vermillion

Nicole Vermillion, a top-producing REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty, won the company’s Meghan Martin Award, became a member of its President’s Club, and received several other awards and recognitions in 2024. Vermillion hosted her fourth annual blood drive to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as client appreciation events where she collected money and school supplies to benefit local organizations.

Vermillion says she loves having the ability to use client events to benefit her community. “Whenever I hold a client appreciation event, I always ask for people to bring items to benefit the community,” she says.

Vermillion also notes that the most rewarding part of her career is “helping first-time homebuyers get into their first home.”

“Buying a home is such an important milestone and one that is getting harder and harder to achieve due to prices, student loans, etc. Helping someone find an opportunity and getting them to the closing table is the best part of my job by far,” she continues. “As someone who bought their first home at the age of 24, knowing that was my ticket to financial freedom and generational wealth, I want to make that possible for others.”
