Noah Rosenblatt is the co-founder and CEO of UrbanDigs, a real estate analytics platform specializing in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. In 2024, the company launched the Manhattan Market Price Index, a localized price index for Manhattan to provide a new level of resolution and clarity for market participants and the professionals that service them. The company also significantly expanded its educational content, launching the rapidly growing “Macro Monday” live show, which connects top agents with critical macroeconomic trends impacting NYC real estate.

Rosenblatt is dedicated to empowering agents with the knowledge they need to navigate complex markets, offering pro bono support and insights during presentations for organizations like the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
