In response to the worldwide lockdowns due to the pandemic, Olesya Drozdova, along with a team of four other real estate professionals including Spencer Hoo, Yami Martinez Tricia Lehane and Karen Smith, organized REAL Estate Pros Without Border (REPWB), which grew to new heights in 2021. REPWB is an educational and inspirational tool for industry professionals offering services, virtual events, networking sessions and even a referral database.

“We have seen some of our members’ launch their careers and overall presence with us, growing into someone making a huge impact on the real estate community in general within a very short time,” says Drozdova.

From offering learning experiences to creating opportunities within the industry without out-of-pocket expense to members, she showcased her drive to make a difference and her passion for global real estate and the agents who serve in it. Drozdova and her efforts are a great example of consistent and innovative volunteerism and activism.
