Pat Shea is the president and CEO for Windermere Signature Properties (formerly Lyon Real Estate) and Windermere Southern California in the Greater Palm Springs and Greater San Diego markets. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s reputation for excellence and fostering trust, adding six offices and 160 active agents to the existing Sacramento market last year.

In 2024, Windermere stood as a top independent residential real estate brokerage in the four-county area and attracted top professionals to its team. As a member of the boards of several real estate organizations, Shea continued to advocate for higher industry standards and greater transparency.
