In her role as chief marketing officer of The Keyes Company, Paula Renaldo led the efforts in a modern rebranding of the company after 90 years. While taking into account the company’s history, various locations and over 3,000 agents, she created a new story, colors, logo and overall visual look, celebrating collective independence. She was also the driving force behind the team’s response to COVID-19, adjusting to the needs of agents by creating a digital marketing plan in an effort to serve the community and continued connection with consumers.
“It’s an honor to work in an industry that has such an impact on people’s lives,” she says. “Helping customers find their dream homes and our agents live a fulfilling life and career is extremely rewarding.”
She also introduced The Keyes Company Design Center, which allows agents to streamline the design and creation of marketing materials needed throughout the pandemic.
