Paula Stanton obtained her Colorado real estate broker license in 1978 and has been active in the profession on a full-time basis ever since. She is the former broker/owner of Prudential Timberhill Real Estate, which merged with Coldwell Banker Bunchman (Rounds & Porter) Real Estate. Stanton currently works as a broker with LIV Sotheby’s Realty.
Stanton has earned several designations to enable her to better serve her customers, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert® (CNE), Resort and Residential Specialist (RRS), and a Master’s in Real Estate (MRE). In her lengthy career in real estate, Stanton has often been recognized for her leadership skills. She is also a past president of the Summit Association of REALTORS®.
Stanton served two terms on the Colorado Real Estate Commission and was twice elected chairperson. Stanton has also received numerous awards during her career. She was named REALTOR® of the Year twice. This year, she was awarded the REALTOR® Emeritus Award by the National Association of REALTORS® for her many accomplishments, including 40 years of service in the industry and her dedication to ethics, professionalism and exemplary customer service. Stanton believes that it is important to make the most of each day and work toward turning goals and dreams into reality.
