During the COVID-19 pandemic, Prem Luthra and his team grew Elm Street Technology organically and through accretive acquisitions. The company also expanded into Canada. Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Elm Street Technology retained its large staff and remained profitable.

Luthra is passionate about developing products and services that address problems and provide best-in-class solutions for professionals in the real estate industry and beyond. He is also focused on building an inclusive work culture.
