Rachel Morley serves as chief product officer at Move Inc./realtor.com®. In 2020, the team welcomed a new CEO, managed a company-wide realignment, built more functionality into the Referral Manager app and launched Sellers’ Marketplace and Flood Risk. After the COVID-19 shutdown, they created a microsite with information for agents, brokers and customers.

Morley also co-founded Cogent, a product development agency, and serves on its board. Cogent recently developed a platform to help healthcare professionals make decisions related to COVID-19 patient care guidelines.
