While real estate professionals spent 2024 falling in love with AI, Rajeev Sajja did his part to help them fully understand the technology. In January 2024, he launched the “Real Estate AI Flash” podcast, which has become a leading source of AI education and training for agents, attracting over 15,000 listeners.

The podcast’s website, RealEstateAIFlash.com, includes a digital handbook for AI, and Sajja is currently planning to take this to the next step with a Real Estate AI Academy, which will grant agents an AI certification upon completion.

In his position with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach REALTORS®, Sajja brought his SEO A-Game, leading the company to a 71% increase in email lead generation, among other impressive metrics.
