Rei Mesa

Rei Mesa constantly works to lead Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty to success. With over 40 years of experience, Mesa is responsible for managing all aspects of the company, including strategic growth, new business development, profit and loss and acquisitions.

In 2024, Mesa provided information, direction, guidance and instruction to the company on the NAR settlement and MLS changes—to help learn what the new normal is and how to shift business to continue to see success. He hosted webinars, town halls, leadership team meetings, office meetings and agent one-on-ones throughout the company’s 30 locations and for its nearly 1,600 agents. His leadership and efforts led the company to successfully navigate the industry shift and continue to achieve success.
