A highly regarded real estate leader, Richard Haggerty has a long list of accomplishments that have been well-earned over his nearly 40 years in the industry. At the top is spearheading the formation of OneKey® MLS, the first New York metro area regional multiple listing service. Haggerty took the reins of OneKey on Jan. 1, 2023, after serving as CEO of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® Inc. He oversaw the launch of an enhanced version of OneKeyMLS.com, the consumer property search portal offering listings in New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley region.

Haggerty is an innovative leader and collaborator who works tirelessly to support the real estate industry. In 2023, he oversaw the launch of OneKey’s first “Info Track” program, offering training sessions and expert insight to help real estate professionals build and market their businesses. “Continuous education and professional development are vital to your ongoing success, no matter what step of your career path you’re on,” says Haggerty.

Haggerty was also inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame for his financial support and commitment to promote the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates in the U.S. This marked his third time as an inductee. “RPAC is vital to our success. It’s the key to protecting homeownership and our industry’s interests,” he says.
