Rick Haase has been instrumental in accelerating the growth of the United brand, furthering its growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
In 2023, even as the industry took a pause on M&A, two additional key organizations joined United—United Real Estate Gallery and Revolved Realty—significantly increasing agent count and strengthening the company’s market presence in two key markets and making it the sixth-largest brokerage in the nation.
Haase led the rollout of the Learning Academy, featuring more than 100 training, education and agent/broker development programming, onboarding tracks, market data and updates that enable the continuing adaptation to what has become a convulsive real estate market. The operational discipline and consistent growth mindset he brings to United is allowing the network to continue its rapid growth trajectory.
