Ross Clark, a REALTOR®, sales associate and team leader of The Clark Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, is very active on social media and finds it important to interact with clients and his following as often as possible.
Clark recently secured a social media influencer for an open house and tour that ultimately led to the sale of a luxurious property in La Jolla, Calif. The influencer shared video and media on Instagram to publicize the event with her followers and to gain attention for the listing, Clark and the brand. Coverage was also included in a newsletter distributed among Clark’s network and clients.
Regarding what Clark considers his biggest accomplishment of 2019, he says, “That would be finding and closing escrow on my clients’ dream home. We did that many times this past year–a hard feat.” He also notes a Chairman’s Circle, Diamond Level award.
“We started at the height, or shall we say low point, of the last recession,” says Clark of his team. “It really forced us to work smart, hard and efficient to make it! Using those same methods in good times allowed us the opportunity to really excel.”
Clark was raised in La Jolla, where he still lives today, making him a true local real estate expert. He’s also passionate about giving back to the community, having coached dozens of little league baseball and recreational soccer teams.
“I feel blessed and lucky to be able to serve so many wonderful people,” Clark says.
