Ryan Davis served as the internal lead for the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) culture transformation efforts designed to drive enterprise-wide culture change, aiming to empower all stakeholders to advance its mission through its values, structures, functions and leadership. He provided strategic guidance to dozens of executives at state and local REALTOR® associations on how to leverage diversity, equity and inclusion principles in ways that support the business, particularly given the current socio-political and legal context.
In addition, Davis facilitated leadership-level communication and collaboration between NAR and other trade associations with which it partners to identify ways to expand homeownership opportunities for all. He also streamlined executive communications and strategy development between NAR’s leadership team and its industry partners, and led DEI training for its highest ranking volunteer leaders.
