President and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Ryan Gorman has led the brand in becoming an industry leader on diversity, inclusion and fair housing.

In February 2020, he announced the Inclusive Ownership Program to support diverse broker-owners in their first two years of business, waving franchise fees and providing mentorship, training and connections to industry partners. He also welcomed multiple diverse-owned affiliates to the brand and made a key goal to increase diversity and generate opportunities for underrepresented groups in the industry.

“2020 was an unprecedented and challenging year, full of mayhem and miracles, and it brought action and change that was needed in the real estate industry,” he says. “We seized this opportunity to elevate diverse voices. We took action and made moves that can cause a domino effect in making real estate the inclusive and equal space of opportunity that it needs to be, and for that I am proud and inspired.”
