Ryan Kutter, a REALTOR® at Connect Realty in The Woodlands, Texas, and leader of the Kutter Real Estate Team, aims to “nurture relationships.”
“The qualities that make a great REALTOR® are the same qualities that make a great friend,” says Kutter. “I engage, listen and am authentic with the people around me. I’m prepared, and I’m a problem solver.”
Looking back on 2019, he says, “I feel my greatest accomplishment has been building a completely bilingual new home sales team and providing housing and lending options that make homeownership a reality for a clientele who thought homeownership wouldn’t be possible.”
An entrepreneur, Kutter had a wide range of professional experience prior to real estate. His business expertise led him to study business administration at Sam Houston University, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and then an MBA. Although he initially pursued a career in real estate from a pure investor mindset, Kutter’s interest in it grew far beyond the investment realm due to his heart to serve people. Now, after almost 14 years in the industry, his passion to provide people with professionalism and integrity has never been stronger.
Kutter has won several production awards and industry honors, including Montgomery County REALTOR® of the Year and a 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award from the Houston Association of REALTORS®. He follows the motto of “service above self.”
