This past year, O’Connor transitioned from Allendale Admin to the Wyckoff Admin while maintaining his sales associate position. As a 2023 graduate of the Greater Bergen REALTORS® & New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Inc.’s Leadership Academy, O’Connor goes an extra step forward with his clients, even offering color and design consultations to enhance their homes for swift sales. O’Connor’s commitment toward professional growth is evident in his contributions to the Greater Bergen REALTORS® Young Professionals Network, serving on the Community Service Committee for three consecutive years.

O’Connor maintains being a trusted agent for his clients while also being deeply committed to his philanthropic work. An active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, O’Connor’s involvement in the 2023 REALTORS® Relief Foundation’s Annual Campaign Committee demonstrates his commitment to supporting communities in need while also maintaining leadership status. Additionally, O’Connor serves as Sergeant at Arms for Fairlawn’s Toastmasters, reflecting his leadership skills beyond the real estate realm.
