Scott Durkin has been an industry leader for nearly three decades and is a driving force behind the globally recognized brokerage’s ranking as one of the largest independent residential real estate firms. In 2023, Durkin undertook major initiatives to strengthen the brand, culture, technology and most importantly, the way Elliman agents conduct their business.

Under Durkin’s leadership, the company launched many new ventures, such as a new on/offboarding system, a business management tool for marketing with StudioPro Video capability, and an automated payment system with numerous security enhancements. The company also expanded last year to Metro D.C.; Weston, Florida; Wellesley, Massachusetts; and Sarasota, Florida, as well as opened a second New Jersey office in Fair Haven.

In 2023, Durkin also launched the Agents of Change Series, which is a series of conversations designed to focus on some of today’s most pressing social challenges while spotlighting the Elliman agents who are working to bring change to our industry and society at large.
