Shayne Fairley

Shayne Fairley, COO of Stellar MLS, is a passionate and innovative leader with 20 years of experience in the MLS industry. He has been driving transformative initiatives since joining the company in 2005, and throughout 2024, including expanding a partnership with AI provider, Finding Homes Pro, expanding home searching accessibility for the visually impaired and successfully implementing updated NAR policies and procedures while engaging Stellar MLS’ customer base.

“I have always had a passion for what’s next—whether it’s leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance productivity or spearheading initiatives that make our resources more accessible,” says Fairley. “Knowing that our work today will empower brokers, agents and consumers for years to come drives me daily.”

Fairley led Stellar to earning the Central Florida Top Workplaces Award in 2024. He was also named to the RESO board of directors and was a speaker at the International MLS Forum, where he was named the Leadership in Member Care award winner.

Additionally, Fairley spearheaded announcements related to Stellar MLS subsidiary UCO entering into an agreement with MLS leaders to be the exclusive MLS strategic advisor in Romania, an agreement with Arab MLS to enhance the real estate practices across the Arab region as well as a partnership with Igluu to explore expansion of the MLS concept and empower real estate professionals.
