Stacy Jones proves there is strength in numbers. Since moving to Offerpad in 2017, Jones has worked closely with CEO Brian Bair and leaders of its data and analytics team to improve statistical reporting in dispositions and monitor market changes to anticipate future conditions and proactively manage home inventory. Year-to-date through 2022 (at press time), she and her team have closed on more than 6,400 homes while also maintaining a 31-day closing average.
“I am so proud to be a part of a company that has created thousands of jobs,” says Jones. “It has been a privilege to watch the Bair brothers’ hard work and vision come to fruition. Their determination to change the way people buy and sell homes is inspiring. I love helping buyers realize their dream of owning a home of their own.”
Jones has racked up some pretty impressive stats of her own, including a 100% leadership-effectiveness rating from her team in the company’s first-ever employee engagement survey earlier this year.
