Stacey Soleil, SVP of community & engagement at Inside Real Estate, is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience fostering connections within the real estate industry. Last year she made significant strides in community development by launching two new BoldTrail communities within Inside Real Estate’s CRM platform and restructuring five others to promote cross-functional involvement.

Soleil champions change at her brokerage, evident in 2024 through her creation of four private advocacy groups, ensuring diverse voices are amplified within the industry. She also curated an industry-wide, peer-led role-play group to help professionals adapt to recent NAR changes regarding buyer agency, providing vital support during a difficult transition period.

To strengthen relationships and celebrate achievements, Soleil launched a “Member Spotlight Series” across seven communities, fostering deeper connections among members.
