Stacy Strobl and Kenny Lynn are the definition of, “it takes two.” The power duo formed EXIT Southwest in 2012 and has since established it as one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Tennessee. After becoming regional owners in the state a year later, they’ve since accrued subfranchiser rights in Kentucky, Georgia, Florida and just this past April, Texas. In 2019, Strobl and Lynn broke the all-time corporate record of franchises sold.
