Branding is everything in business, and Susan Welter has been helping the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) refresh their image in many creative ways. Welter led the renaming of the association’s annual conference to NAR NXT, and she’s also been instrumental in advancing NAR’s media presence, from overseeing the new podcast “Drive with NAR” and season three of the Hulu series “First-Time Buyer.”
“Working with our members is truly rewarding because we have a positive impact on their businesses and careers, every day. We are focused on evolving our member communications and have enacted a great deal of change in the last year. We continue to add tools and resources, such as the podcast and a new, tailored weekly newsletter, designed to cater to member demographics and preferences. I also serve as staff executive for the Member Communications Committee and interact with that 55-member committee to gain insight on all proposed initiatives.”
