Poleg attributes this prolific recruiting to The Real Brokerage’s newly-launched Private Label and Pro Team programs–which allow newly-joined large teams to keep their previous brand’s compensation while also receiving The Real Brokerage’s agent benefits. 2024 was also the launch year of Real’s new luxury division and, as befitting a self-described “technology driven” company, further improved its AI agent concierge “Leo” to ensure the company stays ahead in that growing technological space.
