Tammy Randles, broker/owner of Realty Executives SELA, recognizes that homelessness is a serious problem in her community and collaborates with local agencies and organizations to address it. Randles is currently working on developing seven single-family homes to provide affordable housing in a neglected area outside New Orleans.
When the owner of another area business passed away, the company’s long-term employees, many of whom were aging and approaching retirement, were at risk of losing their jobs. Randles partnered with a long-time vendor and friend to retain those employees’ jobs.
While the NAR lawsuit created challenges in 2024, Randles showed remarkable leadership and resilience. She remained steadfast in her commitment to helping others, and she doesn’t see herself ever stopping or slowing down.
“The most rewarding part of my career is getting to help other people, whether it be enhancing their career, helping investors increase their portfolios for their future, or helping that first-time renter or homebuyer get a start,” says Randles.
