Over 20 years ago, Thad Wong and Michael Golden created a brokerage founded on culture, innovation and strategic growth. After growing @properties to one of the leading regional firms in the country, the company acquired Christie’s International Real Estate at the beginning of 2022, catapulting the company to national powerhouse status.
Under their combined leadership, Christie’s International Real Estate expanded its international network with the addition of affiliates in Estonia, Japan, Malta and Italy. @properties launched new technology, including its AI-powered buyer-propensity software, Movelogic, which was directly responsible for several agents landing new buyer and listing business.
