Thomas McGowan

CENTURY 21 New Millennium

In addition to being a real estate agent for CENTURY 21 New Millennium, Thomas McGowan is also a Lieutenant at LifeCare Medical Transports, a VA-based healthcare transportation provider, as well as a certified EMT.

Amid the onset of the pandemic, he put the world of real estate aside to join his LifeCare Medical Transport team, supporting COVID-19 efforts in New York City. With eight ambulances and 16 employees, he led a strike team, providing basic and advanced life support to the hardest hit communities in the city. In addition, he and his team relieved overworked EMS employees with 911 calls and medical transports, as well as delivering PPE, bleach and spray bottles that were in short supply.

While working hard to help in COVID-19 efforts, and with his real estate clients still in mind, he reached out to his CENTURY 21 New Millennium team and guided them through the handling of his pending transactions, ensuring that his clients were well taken care of.
