Tiffany Sears

Tiffany Sears, CEO/broker in charge of The Sears Group, LLC, is a passionate real estate professional dedicated to making a positive impact in her community. Born and raised in Charlotte, she thrives on helping clients build connections in the area. With a background in elementary education leadership, Sears taught for 11 years before transitioning to real estate and launching her independent firm.

She elevated the brokerage experience in 2024 by significantly investing in her brick-and-mortar location in Charlotte, installing enhanced audio-visual equipment, upgrading software programs and expanding in-person training, coaching and mentoring for all agents to ensure they have all of the tools and resources needed to grow their business and build their unique brands. In 2024, Sears expanded her firm’s reach to include Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina. She also recently filmed two episodes of “House Hunters.”

Sears actively supports local initiatives, including hosting the premier screening of “Gaining Ground – The Fight for Black Land,” produced by Al Roker, which is focused on bringing awareness to heirs’ property and land ownership in the Black community. She is also a community sponsor for “My Sister’s House”—a local nonprofit that provides services for unhoused women so they can be completely self-sufficient.
