Todd Tucker played a crucial role in managing communications around the NAR settlement while elevating his own voice this past year.

2024 was a big year for Tucker, who launched Todcast (a video podcast designed to keep sales associates informed with industry updates and company news). He also introduced educational resources for agents, including the Training Lab (a vibrant space for collaboration and professional development) and the Chastain Summer Series for agents to learn and grow. The series featured agent panels, special guest speakers and collaboration sessions.

“I take immense pride in collaborating closely with our team to select essential resources that enable our agents to thrive,” says Tucker. “From facilitating monthly meetings for our top associates’ groups to pioneering the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServies’ Global Mastermind groups that connect agents nationwide, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where collaboration and learning flourish.”

Digital media isn’t the only place where Tucker made an impact in 2024. He also oversaw numerous office renovations designed to bring a more modern, cafe-style sensibility to workspaces.
