Regional leaders Troy and Kathy Dooley of EXIT Realty Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Oklahoma, bring a collective six decades of experience to the real estate sector. In 2023, they expanded the EXIT footprint to five new markets with aggressive growth plans across their states.

Following a successful expansion into Arkansas and Oklahoma in 2023, they bolstered their team with a Regional Productivity Coach, dedicated to elevating agent productivity to new heights, fostering increased levels of production. They also added a Regional Leadership Coach, offering invaluable guidance to franchises and leadership skills.

“We take pride in establishing an internal leadership program called “Leaders Developing Leaders” enabling agents to be nurtured within the brokerage with the goal of eventually launching their own brokerage ventures,” says Kathy Dooley. “The ultimate compliment for a leader is nurturing others into leadership roles.”
