As CEO of Workman Success Systems (WSS), founded in 2014, Verl Workman coaches and delivers seminars, webinars, and live training that help the industry understand and adopt best practices in and around teams.
The mission at WSS is to create “amazing business cultures,” focused on core values and giving back to the communities its clients serve. Some of the many accomplishments for the firm in 2018 include: launching Licensed Team training to brokers so they can deliver best-in-class training for buyers agents, listing partners and administrative staff; launching the Real Teams program to RE/MAX International, which includes Licensed Real Teams Training Centers, live facilitated WSS classes, and private one-on-one team coaching.
“I love what I do because I am surrounded by people I love,” says Workman. “Real Estate is a means to an end, and the way we measure success is by the lives we change and the families we impact. I don’t believe that we will be measured in the end by how many houses we sell or the gross closed commissions we earn, but rather by the impact we have on the people we serve, starting with our families, our team members, and our clients. Real estate allows us to live and serve well.”
Prior to founding WSS, Workman spent 20 years as a real estate agent and was the co-founder of Automation Quest and Pinnacle Quest Consulting, which focused on technology solutions and group coaching for the real estate industry.
