Vince Leisey

Vince Leisey is the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate, located in Omaha, Neb. In 2017, the brokerage closed over 8,900 units and $2 billion in sales, and in 2007, Leisey was the youngest person to ever win the prestigious Prudential Real Estate Broker of the Year award.

Leisey is the founder and a broker advisor of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices millennial think tank, The REthink Council, a group of 15 top-producing young agents from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerages around the country.

“My goal in life is to enrich the lives of others,” says Leisey. “Helping people live with intention is my passion. This upcoming year I will continue to focus on maintaining and continuing to build an incredible company culture.”  

In 2018, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate was recognized as No.2 in the U.S. in Entrepreneur’s 2018 Top Company Cultures—the only real estate company on the list—and the national television show “World’s Greatest” selected the firm for having the World’s Greatest Company Culture.  

In the past, Leisey has spoken at RISMedia’s CEO Exchange about the importance of company culture.

“Great coaching without great culture doesn’t go together,” said Leisey. “One without the other just doesn’t work.”

His own company culture is unique and vibrant. His company’s space occupies 55,000 square feet, decorated with funky colors, glass walls and coffee stations with bar tables, encouraging his team to do more than simply head to the office to work.
