“I am incredibly passionate about my work and the families I help,” says Vini Moolchandani, a REALTOR® at the Nashville, Tenn., office of Compass Real Estate. She adds that she has an “unflagging work ethic” and “inexhaustible enthusiasm” for her profession.

One of Moolchandani’s proudest moments of 2019 was seeing the happy faces of her clients after she sold their home that had been on the market with two other agents for over 400 days. Moolchandani was able to sell the $900,000 property in just 21 days after she listed it.

Moolchandani became a REALTOR® in 2006 and then got her broker license in 2016. Because she values constant learning, she earned SRS, GRI and e-Pro designations. Moolchandani prides herself on being honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable in the real estate market. She also believes it’s essential for an agent to stay committed to helping homebuyers and sellers understand each step of the process. This level of commitment has helped her build a track record of delivering results. Over her career, Moolchandani has accumulated several awards, including winning the RCAR Platinum Award of the Year every year from 2014 to 2018, a 2017 Top Agent by Volume award, and 2014 and 2015 REALTOR® of the Year awards.
