Ward Morrison

Ward Morrison is president of Denver-based Motto Franchising LLC, a national mortgage brokerage franchising company. In October 2019, the company celebrated its third anniversary and announced the sale of its 150th Motto Mortgage franchise since inception.

Averaging 50 franchise sales a year, the brand currently has offices open in over 30 states. Entrepreneur magazine named Motto Mortgage a 2019 Fastest-Growing Franchise and one of the top new franchise brands in 2019.

Motto Mortgage, a “mortgage brokerage in a box,” was launched as the second member of the RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. family of brands in 2016. Its model not only creates an ancillary business for current brokerage firms, but also offers opportunities for mortgage professionals seeking to open their own businesses and independent investors interested in financial services.

Before taking on his current leadership role, Morrison was with RE/MAX, LLC for over a decade in various positions, most recently serving as vice president of region operations and business opportunities. He also previously served as chief financial officer of RE/MAX Alliance.
