Wendy Forsythe

Starting the year as chief strategy officer for Fathom Realty, Wendy Forsythe led the launch of the new Fathom Veteran Division, which is dedicated to supporting veteran agents and their families. Forsythe also launched the Teams Think Tank that brought together top team leaders within the company in person for two days. In addition, Forsythe and her team launched the Real Estate Stories podcast, which highlights industry success stories.

Forsythe contributed several articles on thought leadership and best practices to real estate publications and spoke at industry events, and capped off 2022 by becoming president of the California and Hawaii region for Compass. Forsythe said that she is proud of “inspiring and helping people reach their goals and make improvements in their skills and dreams.”
