William E. Soteroff

William E. Soteroff is the president of Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Under his leadership, KWW experienced significant growth in 2024, expanding to over 18,400 agents across more than 300 market centers outside the U.S. and Canada. Soteroff says the company also recently awarded a master franchise in the Bahamas and is exploring further expansion in Africa, Central and South America, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia.

“The greatest reward in my life has been my desire to create opportunities for people. Being able to use our unique culture and share it around the world in so many countries with so many agents has been rewarding and fulfilled many of my dreams,” says Soteroff. “Allowing people to create, grow and live a life worth living using the systems and models created by KW and modified for use in many countries is truly a gift I am grateful for.”

With a background as the former chief operating officer of RE/MAX Europe and executive vice president of RE/MAX LLC, Soteroff brings extensive expertise to his role.
