Dianne Amos, vice president of client services for RELO Direct®, addressed a group of representatives for International Automotive Components recently, speaking on talent management strategies at this global human resources meeting held in Detroit, MI, the group announced.
According to RELO Direct, Amos was invited to share her knowledge on assessing, recruiting and retaining key employees and built a case for the integration of mobility and talent management with the human resource leaders in attendance. Her presentation highlighted best practice strategies to support talent management initiatives, addressing cultural adaptability and mobility policy trends.
