The International Realty Inc. and The International MLS have announced recently the delivery of 55,000 IMLS search widgets into the Prudential Real Estate agency network. This comes on the heels of its recent announcement that its Free To List-Commission Share platform for all USA agents is now available so that real estate agents in the USA may now register and manually list their property listings for global exposure on all of its IMLS search widgets, as well as on the company’s two main web sites.
According to the organization, the IMLS search is brand new to the real estate industry as the first true commission share International MLS, with its free IMLS search being delivered now around the world. This allows any USA agent to list their properties manually on to its platform if they have their broker’s permission. In addition, USA and International brokers can send an electronic data feed with all of their company’s listings to The IMLS on an automated basis for promotion on a worldwide scale, so it appears that the dream and vision of the first global IMLS has been achieved.
Prudential Florida Realty became the first brokerage in the United States to provide property listings on to the International MLS and has been receiving new customers ever since. With the addition of The International MLS search section to the company’s web site, Prudential Florida Realty is able to provide a truly global property search experience for any consumer looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate worldwide.
The IMLS is announcing this initiative to let all agents and brokers know that the IMLS has become a reality, and that any agent or broker may take on the IMLS search for their own site, and that they can earn commissions for any buyer who purchases a property and first registers on their IMLS search.
According to the company, the sophisticated technology platform of The International Realty Inc. is a referral based system. Agents and brokers worldwide are adopting the unbranded IMLS search not only because it is free, but because it also enhances the agent’s prestige by the ability to show international properties. Agents and brokers can earn referral commissions simply for having a web site customer who registers through their search and ends up purchasing a property somewhere in the world outside of their normal market. Agents and brokers are adding this in addition to their local MLS, as The IMLS allows the agents and brokers to exclude their own state or area from the IMLS so it fully complimentary to their own MLS search.
Property sellers are becoming aware that having their properties promoted globally increases their chances for a sale at the highest price and the company expects consumers to demand this from their agents. Home owners who wish to have their own homes listed on The IMLS may use a participating agent or broker, or may contact The International MLS directly for a participating broker as their home must be listed on their local MLS first.
“The International MLS allows real estate brokers from around the world to market their properties globally, whether through the IMLS search which is now being delivered, or by our exporting their property listings to around 300 international portals whether directly or indirectly,” says The International Realty Inc. CEO Dr. Daniel Nussbaum. “With The International MLS, all of the consumers are directed back to the agencies which have supplied the property listings on a fully automated basis, so the agency has the ability to keep a much larger share of the commission from the seller than with the local MLS, so it varies from the traditional MLS as commonly known.”
