Featuring more than 40,000 property videos, the channel provides ERA® brokers and agents with an additional marketing platform that optimizes search results for each listing. According to the company, additional video content provides homebuyers and sellers with answers to frequently asked questions, while also offering insight into real estate as a career.

Videos for each listing are produced at no charge to brokers and agents through an affiliation with Real Biz 360. Each video listing is tagged with a detailed description as well as the city, state and ZIP code and a link to the property listing page on the brand’s website.
Listing agents can use this video as the virtual tour on their property listing page, saving the expense of creating one through an outside vendor.
In addition, the “ERA Network” tab on the YouTube channel allows ERA professionals to post their own videos to take advantage of the global brand’s online reach.
