Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services, recently announced that its Global Client Solutions (GCS) group has entered into a three-year agreement to provide integrated corporate real estate services including strategic planning and transaction management to Miracle-Ear®. The company leverages the latest advances in communications technology, including wireless and digital technology, to improve the quality of life for the hearing impaired.

“Miracle-Ear is an ideal client for Global Client Solutions because the company’s leadership is looking for unique and innovative ways to address existing challenges in their franchise system,” says Vik Bangia, senior vice president of Global Client Solutions LLC. “Our consultative and process-oriented approach, along with Realogy’s commercial real estate presence through the Coldwell Banker Commercial® franchise system and the ONCOR International® network, matched up extremely well with the ongoing needs of Miracle-Ear.”

According to the company, under the agreement, Global Client Solutions will serve as the preferred commercial real estate service provider for Miracle-Ear. The GCS team will work with Miracle-Ear to identify and validate their commercial real estate space needs. The GCS team will also manage all aspects of real estate transactions for Miracle-Ear. This includes any required upfront due diligence, submission of proposals, negotiations, lease documentation and deal close-out activities.
