Regional Spotlight—Eugene A. Marconi has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties as General Legal Counsel, the company has announced. The announcement was made by Candace Adams, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties at the company’s Annual Awards Event.
A highly-regarded expert in real estate law, Marconi will act as chief legal officer representing 1,500 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties sales executives and will provide legal advice to Adams and the executive team. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, Attorney Marconi acted as General Counsel for the Connecticut Association of Realtors for over 20 years, representing its 15,000 members in addition to acting as a spokesperson for the Association.

Marconi is expected to arrive at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties on March 31st and will succeed John Sable, who served as General Legal Counsel for over 30 years.
Marconi is on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the American Bar Association. He sits on the Editorial Board of the Connecticut Bar Journal and Connecticut Law Tribune.
