Engel & Völkers North America recently announced the opening of its newest shop in Beverly Hills, expanding its presence in Southern California and in North America. The new brokerage will be led by Raphael Barragán, partner and CEO, and Robert Cipolloni, regional director. The addition of Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills solidifies the European-based firm’s position as one of the leading premium real estate brands in Southern California, adding to its existing network of brokerages in the region that include shops in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Newport Beach, Westlake Village and Solana Beach near San Diego.

“Our strategy for growth has always been to open in areas where the real estate market is demanding a higher level of service and where our global clients want to be,” says Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “This year we’ve opened in New York City, Atlanta, Las Vegas and now in Beverly Hills. With the leadership we have in place there, clients can expect the same local expertise and luxury-level of service that we provide worldwide.”

Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills is located on Camden Drive in the heart of the glamorous city, steps away from the world famous shopping mecca of Rodeo Drive, and minutes from luxurious attractions and hotels. With such a desirable location, Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills is poised to become the leading service provider to buyers and sellers of exclusive properties in Beverly Hills and its surrounding neighborhoods. As activity among buyers from around the world continues to increase, Beverly Hills continues to maintain its position as the premier luxury real estate market for high net worth individuals.

“With each new shop, we are providing access to a truly connected global network of Engel & Völkers real estate professionals operating throughout the world,” says Mathias Bode, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers California. “Raphael and Robert have the experience and commitment to quality that it takes to successfully bring these global benefits to Beverly Hills.”

“We are excited to be expanding the Engel & Völkers brand in Southern California and to represent this illustrious city as Engel & Völkers Beverly Hills,” says Barragán. “Our experienced advisors are true local experts, and with the support of the Engel & Völkers international network, we aim to redefine how real estate is represented in Beverly Hills.”

In addition to the new Beverly Hills shop, Barragán is also the partner and CEO of two Engel & Völkers shops, one in Hancock Park and the other in Santa Monica.

Robert Cipolloni, the regional director for all the Los Angeles-area shops, will also be the manager for the Beverly Hills location. “The opening of the Beverly Hills shop is a significant and tremendous moment for the entire Southern California Engel & Völkers family,” says Cipolloni. “Beverly Hills is a world renowned city that attracts a discerning class of prospective clients. We’re here to make sure the needs of those clients are met with professionalism, competence and enthusiasm.”
