ZipRealty recently announced the launch of the ZapStoreTM, an innovative app and service marketplace directly integrated within the Realogy Franchise Group’s ZapTM platform. The ZapStore makes seamless connections to third-party technology and services easier than ever, linking industry leaders and innovators to the Zap technology platform that is currently being deployed to Realogy’s nationwide network of approximately 6,000 brokerage offices and 180,000 affiliated sales associates under the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty® brands.
The ZapStore vision includes a broad range of features and product extensions that will begin rolling out in 2016. At launch, the ZapStore includes single sign-on integrations with partners and an online store for brokers to select, purchase, and easily access their favorite services. In the future, the ZapStore will offer a similar experience for agents, as well as deeper data integrations between partners and the Zap platform.
The ZapStore launch is also a win for real estate technology developers who will enjoy unprecedented reach across the Realogy affiliate network with a single point of integration.
