Realty ONE Group has announced Robb Spearman as regional director of the Heartland Region, which includes Iowa, Nebraska (including Rock Island), Moline and East Moline in Illinois, and the Greater Kansas City area (including Lawrence, Overland Park, Oltha, St. Joseph and Lee Summit). Spearman was a broker in Des Moines, Iowa, who sold his offices (with RE/MAX) in 2016.
“Robb is the perfect real estate professional for this opportunity,” says Vinnie Tracey, president of Realty ONE Group Affiliates International. “He has a fantastic reputation in the region and knows how to scale a real estate business. His integrity and longstanding relationships with thousands of agents and business leaders will surely lead to successes.”
“More importantly, Robb gets it,” says Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group. “By becoming the regional director of the Heartland Region, Robb will play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of painting the nation—and soon enough, the globe—gold.”
“For years, I’ve been watching the Realty ONE Group business model take hold and blossom from afar and I’ve always been intrigued by it,” says Spearman. “There is so much potential with the business model because it empowers entrepreneurs, changes the lives of broker/owners and it really helps the agents by giving them the freedom to run their own business. Now is the time to jump in and scale it across the Heartland Region, and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity.”
Spearman adds that the branding of Realty ONE Group, as well as its suite of proprietary technology, will provide added value to the venture. He says within the first few years, he expects to have 40 offices with 2,000 agents working in the Heartland Region.
